About LazyFreshers
LazyFreshers is built for one group and no other: freshers in India. Recent graduates, final year students, and anyone in their first couple of years of work. We are not a general job board with a fresher filter bolted on — every listing here is chosen because someone starting out can realistically apply to it.
It exists because that search is worse than it needs to be. The listings are stale, half of them are the same job posted eleven times, and the ones that ask you for a registration fee are indistinguishable from the ones that do not.
Where our listings come from
Two sources, and no third. Employers post directly through an account here. Everything else is imported from feeds companies publish themselves on their own careers pages — the machine-readable listing their hiring software already serves to anyone who asks for it. We identify ourselves when we fetch, we fetch slowly, and we do not take listings from other job boards.
That is a deliberately narrow supply. A wider one is easy and produces the problem we are trying to solve: listings copied from a board that copied them from another board, three months old, pointing at an application form that closed in the spring.
What we do before publishing
- Every posting is reviewed — automatically for completeness and plausibility, and by a person when the automatic check is unsure. Postings that fail are rejected, not quietly buried.
- Companies can be verified. A verified badge means we have seen registration or tax documents for that company. It says the employer is real; it does not vouch for any individual posting.
- Listings expire. A posting with no closing date set by the employer is retired after 60 days automatically. A job board that never expires anything looks bigger and wastes your time.
What we will not do
- Charge candidates. Not for registering, applying, or being shortlisted. Anyone asking you for money in connection with a job found here is defrauding you — see the terms.
- Sell your résumé. There is no searchable candidate database here. Employers see your application when you apply to their job, and not before.
- Track you around the internet. This site carries no advertising pixels and no third-party analytics. The privacy policy lists every place your data goes, and the list is short.
Where we are
Early. The site works, the listings are real, and there is a great deal we have not built yet. If something is broken or a listing looks wrong, telling us is genuinely useful — get in touch.
