General questions and support

fucharmonk@gmail.com — anything about using the site, an account you cannot get into, or a feature that is misbehaving. If you are reporting a bug, the page address and roughly when it happened are the two things that make it findable.

Reporting a listing

Write to fucharmonk@gmail.com with the link to the listing. Send it straight away if anyone connected to a job here has asked you for money — we never charge candidates and neither may any employer posting with us, so a payment demand is always either a fraudulent listing or someone impersonating one.

Privacy, data and erasure requests

fucharmonk@gmail.com — to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to find out which employers have opened your résumé, or to have your account and files deleted. What we hold and why is set out in the privacy policy.

Grievance Officer

As required by the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023:

Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days. If yours is not, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

Posting a job, getting your company verified, or connecting your careers page feed all start from the employer console. Write to fucharmonk@gmail.com if something there does not fit how you hire.
