Terms of use
Effective 1 Aug 2026. Using LazyFreshers means agreeing to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.
Who these terms are with
LazyFreshers is operated by Fucharmonk, registered at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (“we”, “us”). “You” is whoever is using the site, whether or not you have an account.
What this service is — and is not
We publish job listings and let you search, save and apply to them. That is the whole of it. We are not an employment agency, a recruitment consultancy or a placement service. We do not represent you to employers, we do not represent employers to you, and we have no part in any hiring decision.
We never charge candidates. Not to register, not to apply, not to be “shortlisted”, not for a “security deposit” or “training fee”. If anyone demands money in connection with a job you found here — including someone claiming to be from LazyFreshers — it is a fraud. Do not pay, and tell us at fucharmonk@gmail.com.
Where the listings come from
Two places, and you can tell them apart on the listing itself:
- Employers posting directly, through their own account on this site.
- Public feeds published by companies on their own careers pages — the same machine-readable listings their applicant tracking system already serves to anyone. We only read feeds a company publishes openly, we identify ourselves when we fetch them, and we do not take listings from other job boards whose terms prohibit it.
Every listing is checked before it is published, and some are rejected. That check is not a guarantee: we do not independently verify every salary figure, company claim or job title, and a listing appearing here is not an endorsement of the employer. Apply with the same judgement you would anywhere. Employers marked as verified have shown us registration or tax documents; that verifies the company exists, not that any particular posting is accurate.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over.
- Give accurate details and keep them current. One person, one account.
- Your sign-in is yours to protect. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has it.
If you are a candidate
- Upload only your own résumé, and only information that is true. A fabricated CV is a problem between you and the employer, and we will remove accounts we find doing it.
- Apply to jobs you are actually interested in. Bulk-applying by script is not use of this service.
If you are an employer
- Post only genuine, currently open vacancies at a company you are authorised to recruit for.
- Never ask a candidate for money, and never make payment a condition of an application, interview or offer.
- No listings that discriminate on grounds Indian law protects, and none that are actually advertisements for training, franchises or investments.
- Applications you receive are yours to handle and yours to answer for. From the moment we pass a candidate’s details to you, you are the data fiduciary for them under the DPDP Act: use them for that vacancy, keep them secure, and do not sell or redistribute them.
- Every résumé you open is logged against your account. That record exists so a candidate who asks who read their CV can be told.
Moderation
We may reject, edit for formatting, unpublish or remove any listing, and suspend or close any account, where we believe these terms have been broken or a listing is misleading, fraudulent or unsafe. Where a decision is ours to explain we will explain it; where a listing has been removed for suspected fraud we may not, because saying what we detected teaches the next attempt how to avoid it.
Content
What you write stays yours. By posting it you give us permission to store, display and distribute it as part of running the site — which for a job listing explicitly includes publishing it on a public page that search engines index, because being found is the point. Résumés and applications are never published; they go to the employers you apply to and nowhere else.
The site itself — its design, code, and the compiled collection of listings — is ours. Scraping it, bulk-downloading listings, or running automated requests beyond ordinary browsing is not permitted. We ask this of others because we hold ourselves to it: our own importer reads only feeds a company publishes for that purpose, identifies itself, and stays away from sites that say no.
Links out
Many listings send you to an employer’s own site to apply. What happens there is governed by their terms and their privacy policy, not ours.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, that every listing is accurate or still open, or that using it will get you a job or a hire. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost opportunity, or for anything arising from your dealings with an employer or a candidate you met here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending it
You can stop using the site whenever you like and ask us to delete your account — see the privacy policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
We will update these terms as the service changes and will move the date at the top when we do. Material changes are emailed to registered users. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.
Grievances
Our Grievance Officer under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 is Vikram Singh, reachable at fucharmonk@gmail.com or at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Noida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
